IO Panel
The IO Panel replaces the current system IO. It includes digital outputs, digital inputs, analog outputs, and analog inputs.
The IO panel connects to the Windows based computer via Ethernet cable.
The Ethernet connection alone reduces half of the cables on the system.
All IO is DIN rail mounted. This picture is the IO control system for a dual chamber RIE/RFPECVD system.
Below shows that the IO panel is installed where the old industrial computer was originally housed.

The picture to the left shows the IO components as they are ready to be assembled onto a DIN Rail.
