As part of this collaboration, Elevate Quantum, together with its partner QPICs, has deployed the CORIAL® by Plasma-Therm platform within its Quantum Fab infrastructure to enable collaborative process development and technology translation aligned with future manufacturing requirements. Plasma-Therm’s participation strengthens the platform’s role in enabling scalable process development for next-generation quantum technologies, supporting Elevate Quantum and QPICs as they advance quantum manufacturing capabilities.
